Non non la Pop, avec un grand P, n’est point morte et c’est Wild Nothing avec son « Summer Holiday » qui nous le prouve. Cette envie d’ouvrir la fenêtre, de voir défiler le paysage, pendant qu’une main se dépose sur le volant de la vieille P(eugeot 404)… Jack Tatum officiant dans le groupe Jack and The Whale prend ici la route en solo pour notre plus grand plaisir.
No, Pop with a big P, is not dead yet and it’s Wild Nothing with its « Summer Holiday » that shows it to us. This need to open the window, to see the countryside past, while a hand is put down the steering wheel of the old P(eugeot 404)… Jack Tatum, who’s playing in the band Jack and The Whale drives alone here, for our greatest joy.
