En terme de visibilité, le meilleur est sûrement à venir pour Erasers avec la sortie imminente de la cassette Summer chez Solid Melts. Mais la math-drone pop australe du duo de Perth est déjà à son sommet. Rebecca Orchard et Rupert Thomas composent comme personne ces vignettes psyché-drone (à peine 3-4 minutes) au confluent du post-punk minimal et du krautrock allégé (Autumn Trees), à mi-chemin entre le math rock du premier Foals et drone-pop fragile (You Can Take Better Care of Yourself, Outside Environment), sur lesquels se disputent en toute entente boucles de guitare, rythmes tribaux, et chant de diaphane fatale.

Visually, the best is yet to come for Erasers with the upcoming release of the Summer tape on Solid Melts. Althought, the Southern math-drone pop of the Perth duo is already atop. Rebbecca Orchard and Rupert Thomas write these psyche-drone headpieces as nobody does (in barely 3 to 4 minutes). Between minimal post-punk and light krautrock (Autumn Trees), halfway among Foals initial math-rock and delicate drone-pop (You Can Take Care of Yourself, Outside Environment), songs are cordially fighting over guitar loops, tribal rhythms, and vocals of a fatale diaphanous.
