Le plus dur c’est de paraitre naturel en marchant, en dansant. Etre une poupée, c’est une chose. Se mouvoir sans saccades, sans avoir ce côté « pantin désarticulé », ça, c’est une autre paire de manches. Alors à chaque pas, il faut oublier la difficulté, se répéter: « c’est naturel… C’est naturel… »

The real point is to seem natural while walking, dancing… To be a doll is one thing. But not not move itself in fits and starts, not look like a tangled puppet, that’s a different kettle ! So with each step, it’s got to forget the difficulty, and repeat to itself: « it’s natural… It’s natural… »
